susan and vladimir had an intimate wedding ceremony witnessed by seven of their closest family members. the weather couldn’t have been more perfect as they were married underneath the gazebo at hidden lake gardens in tipton. i really loved susan’s vintage style especially her birdcage veil. the couple was so laid back and truly focused on the real meaning of the day!

i was honored that susan and vladimir chose me to capture their love story today! they met in the library where susan works. you can imagine how happy i was to find the back wall in the venue had this wall full of books! here’s just one i had to edit tonight!
i am positive that this is one story that will definitely have a very happy ending!

i shot my first wedding of the year last weekend and had a great time doing it! it makes me super excited for my other

i am very excited to be photographing erica and steve’s wedding in september! you know it is going to be fun when all they want for their engagement session is pictures in front comerica park and the whole family shows up decked out in blue and orange. erica and steve each have two boys and so we of course had to do one family picture before we got started.
i loved this small nook of downtown detroit. the trees were in bloom and the buildings and lamp posts created the perfect backdrop.

the couple that plays together stays together, right? well, i have no doubt that adam and jenny will be together for eternity. we had so much fun last week. they are the cutest, happy couple!

jessica and ryan have been waiting so patiently for their sneak peak! they got married right in the middle of my busy season. i am almost done editing though, which is record timing for me with a wedding.
jessica was a gorgeous bride and they were both so happy all day long. neither of them seemed nervous, just excited (and did i say happy)!

i have known andrew and amy-jo both for a very long time. andrew is my cousin who i use to baby-sit for as a little boy. amy is my little sister’s best friend, who i’ve had some great memories with (right, mary-lou?). i photographed their wedding for them last weekend and wanted to get the sneak peak up by today, because i know they are coming home from their honeymoon.
