this little one was a doll for her 1-year session over the weekend! i absolutely loved her outfits! they were exactly my taste. her momma and i talked shop (shopping that is!). we have the same favorite stores for kids clothes. i have two boys, so i have to live vicariously through my clients when it comes to the super cute stuff. we all know girls are more fun to shop for!
2010 was a great year for me! i had my second son, sam, in june. in july, i left my job in the corporate world to focus on photography and my children. i want to thank all of my clients who made 2010 so fabulous! i definitely wouldn’t have been able to do it without you! i have not done any paid advertising and word-of-mouth and referrals are huge for my business; so a very heartfelt thank goes out to all of you!
i can’t wait to see what 2011 has in store for all of us…

i can’t believe that we got this session in tonight. i am so indecisive on when to cancel sessions and when to chug along. i’m always afraid of disappointing my clients and would usually rather leave it up to them to make the final decision. when “b” and his mom and dad arrived at elizabeth park this evening it was raining and we said we would just let “b” get out and play for a bit. before we knew it i was snapping away! i was amazed at how much he has grown in the past year.
